  • After the toll plaza follow signs for I-495 North
  • Merge onto I-495 North
  • Follow "From I-495" directions below
From I-495 (Milford, Lowell)
  • Take Exit 22B for Route 9 West
  • Merge onto Route 9 West
  • Follow Route 9 West for 3.4 miles
  • Take the exit for Route 135
  • Turn RIGHT at the bottom of the ramp onto Route 135 East
  • Take the first RIGHT onto the ramp for Route 9 East
