5.      Bylaws Consideration, 15 minutes (3:55 PM) Monica Tibbits-Nutt, Membership Committee Chair – Vote on recommendations of Membership Committee for adoption of changes to Bylaws.

6.      FFY2014UPWP & TIP Updates, 15 minutes (4:10 PM) Michelle Scott, UPWP Manager, and Sean Pfalzer, TIP Manager, MPO Staff – Discussion of the MPO planning and budget certification documents being drafted for Federal Fiscal Year 2014.
