3. Recap of TIP Scenarios from March 21st MPO Meeting, Ethan Lapointe, TIP Manager: Summary of recommendations and outstanding questions resulting from the March 21st meeting of the Boston Region MPO board related to project funding scenarios for the FFYs 2025–29 TIP (10 minutes).
4. Update on FFY 2025 funding for Newton’s Newton in Motion (NewMo) Service, Ethan Lapointe, TIP Manager: Presentation on recent scope changes to Newton’s NewMo on-demand microtransit service resulting from usage of a new vendor, and potential lack of eligibility for FFY 2025 funding (10 minutes).
5. Presentation on Final Scenario Elements, Ethan Lapointe, TIP Manager: Presentation and discussion of options to select projects for the FFYs 2025 Project Design Pilot, funding of design costs for projects in FFY 2026, and other outstanding items (45 minutes).
