Here are some nuances that people often encounter:
1. If you are counting at an intersection, we suggest that you visualize two screen lines, one on each cross road. This should be easier than trying to record all the various turning movements at the intersection. Please use a separate sheet for each screen line. This will make recording easier for you and it will provide the most useful information to CTPS for future analyses.
2. Count people each time they cross your screenline, even if they are making repeat trips.
